Interview with Emory Spencer, attorney, who shares his observations on the development in the Coastal Bend area of South Texas from 1920 to 1971. He also discusses cotton farming, Irish settlers and the Ku Klux Klan, his experiences as an attorney, gambling, the development of the Aransas County Airport, oil exploration, housing subdivisions, the Coastal Bend Regional Planning Commission, hurricanes, agriculture, property values, and prominent citizens of the county.
